All items are guaranteed to be as described. If for some reason you are unhappy with your item, please email us to schedule a return.
Due to the nature of our business returns are accepted 14 days from the purchase date.
All claims for damaged or undelivered merchandise have to be reported within 10 business days.
We will do our best to replace your item with an identical item, if possible. In order to receive a full refund, returned merchandise must be in the same new condition in which it was received including tags, certificates, packaging, etc. We will NOT ACCEPT SCRATCHED ITEMS. Those cannot be resold.
Returns must be shipped back with a tracking number. We recommend insuring the items when shipping back. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
